Job Title: Senior Mental Health Team Leader in Sutton

Hunter AHP Resourcing is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Social Worker to fill the role of a locum Team Manager for their Adults Locality team. The successful candidate will have at least 3 years of post-ASYE experience and 1 year of management experience.

About the Role:
  • This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
  • The role is expected to be ongoing for at least 3 months, with opportunities for extension.

We are looking for an individual who can work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the growth and development of our team.

Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Current and valid registration with the HCPC (Health and Care Professions Council).
  • Proven experience within a Social Work role, preferably in a mental health setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with colleagues, patients, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including on-site and hybrid/remote working arrangements.
  • Valid driver's license, with access to a car for travel across multiple sites.
Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is £40-£42 per hour (umbrella), which translates to approximately £36,000-£37,600 per annum based on a 37.5-hour working week.
