Job Overview

Aberlour Youthpoint Moray is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the role of Volunteer Coordinator. This 30 hour per week position will involve recruiting, training, and managing our volunteering and mentoring service as well as mentoring a caseload of young people.

About Aberlour Youthpoint Moray

We are an organisation that provides help to children and young people in Moray who may be struggling with their emotions and behaviour. Our services aim to improve the wellbeing, social integration and life chances of Young People affected by substance use in Moray.

Responsibilities
  • Recruit, train, and manage volunteers and mentors
  • Mentor a caseload of young people
  • Liaise with partner agencies
  • Travel throughout the Moray area
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with young people, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. A driving licence is essential for this role.
