Job Description:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for arranging and setting appointments for our Field Sales Team in the fit-out and specialist furniture sector. This involves identifying potential clients, familiarising themselves with our products and services, and effectively communicating with prospects to achieve positive outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A proven track record as a Telesales Agent, Telemarketer, Sales Development Representative, or Outbound Call Agent
  • Excellent phone etiquette and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a varied audience, from lower management to C-Suite prospects
  • Active listening skills, empathy, and assertiveness
