Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team in Wandsworth. As a key member of our team, you will provide support to students with special educational needs, working closely with teachers and other staff members to ensure that each student receives the necessary care and support.

About the Role
In this role, you will attend to the personal needs of students, implement related personal programmes, and supervise and support pupils to ensure their safety and access to learning. You will also encourage pupils to interact with others and engage in activities led by the teacher.

Requirements
We are looking for a qualified and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant who can work on a 1:1 basis with students and develop their skills. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to build relationships with students and staff, and a commitment to providing high-quality care and support.

What We Offer
This is a temporary/perm role with the possibility of being extended beyond the New Year. The salary for this position is £100 to £120 per day. We offer a comprehensive induction programme and ongoing training and development opportunities.
