About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Oracle Technical Operations Analyst to join our team within the Digital, Data, and Technology (DDaT) directorate. As a key member of our Oracle ERP team, you will be responsible for providing expert functional support for a portfolio of applications within the Oracle E-Business Suite.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day functional support for a portfolio of applications within the Oracle ERP suite, owning the relationship with the business to develop efficient application systems utilising established standards, procedures and methodologies.
  • Consult with internal clients on business requirements in order to provide effective support and development.
  • Drive and lead the technical aspects of multiple projects/small enhancements within assigned area of Oracle ERP portfolio and related business applications.
  • Own and deliver integrated systems planning and drive recommendations for new/different solutions which will enhance current systems and support overall corporate and business goals.
  • Own and define documentation and plans for activities such as configurations, to include but not limited to develop functional test scenarios, perform functional and regression testing, assist with UAT.
  • Own and drive action of issues with Oracle Support to resolve outstanding issues with Oracle ERP product.
  • Prepare and submit requests for change deployment to change control. Manage the implementation process for new releases of supported applications.
  • Act as coach and mentor to less-experienced team members.
  • Actively own and manage key stakeholder relationships.
