About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Oracle Technical Operations Analyst to join our Oracle ERP team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day functional support for a portfolio of applications within the Oracle ERP suite.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert-level support for a defined portfolio of applications within the Oracle ERP suite.
  • Consult with internal clients on business requirements to provide effective support and development.
  • Drive and lead the technical aspects of multiple projects/small enhancements within the assigned area of the Oracle ERP portfolio and related business applications.
  • Own and deliver integrated systems planning and drive recommendations for new/different solutions which will enhance current systems and support overall corporate and business goals.
  • Own and define documentation and plans for activities such as configurations, to include but not limited to developing functional test scenarios, performing functional and regression testing, assisting with UAT.
  • Own and drive action of issues with Oracle Support to resolve outstanding issues with the Oracle ERP product.
  • Prepare and submit requests for change deployment to change control. Manage the implementation process for new releases of supported applications.
