We are seeking a highly organised, well-travelled and proactive Personal Assistant to handle a variety of key responsibilities whilst travelling alongside an ultra-high-net-worth individual who is dedicating much of his time to exploring the world.

This exciting opportunity involves comprehensive travel coordination and attendance, including organising flights, accommodation, transportation, and itineraries for trips to destinations worldwide.

The ideal candidate will effectively communicate with private jet crews, yacht crews and hotels to ensure all preferences and requirements are met before travel. On-the-ground support is crucial, this position requires travelling alongside the principal, providing assistance with last-minute changes, addressing any issues, and running errands to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience.

Additionally, the role includes comprehensive diary management, where you will maintain the principal's calendar, handle correspondence, and organise important documents. You will also oversee the coordination of international events attended by the principal to ensure all details are meticulously managed.

This is an incredibly exciting opportunity for the right candidate to travel the world while ensuring all of their principal's needs are met. We estimate the salary to be around £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
