Travel Coordinator Expert
About the RoleVWA is recruiting a skilled Travel Coordinator to join their successful financial services company based in the City of London. This role will be pivotal to the success of logistics for colleagues travelling across the UK and Europe.
Responsibilities- Booking travel and accommodation for colleagues across the UK and Europe
- Arranging travel for candidates to attend onsite events, interviews, assessment days, and internships
- Utilizing databases and vendor portals to manage travel-related tasks
- Processing travel expenses and related administration
- Experience with travel coordination or scheduling, preferably as an Executive Assistant
- Exceptional customer service skills, with a solution-driven approach
- Ability to manage conflicting priorities and requests with ease
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong multitasking abilities
- Standard hours are 9am - 6pm, Monday to Friday
- Salary will be based on experience, with a competitive package offered
