Job Title

A highly skilled and experienced travel administrator is required to manage the end-to-end travel logistics for a high-net-worth family's office in central London.

This position is ideal for a seasoned Personal Assistant (PA) who can deliver exceptional support and provide first-class service at all times. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of working with high-net-worth individuals (HNWI) and coordinating complex travel itineraries, arranging visas, and handling various projects.

The ideal candidate will be trustworthy, discreet, and positive in their outlook, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work closely with the Senior Executive Assistant.

We offer an attractive salary of £60,000 per annum, reflecting the importance of this role in supporting our clients' global travel needs.

Our offices are located in beautiful surroundings in Central London, offering a great work-life balance.

  1. We are looking for someone who is proactive, organized, and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
  2. Familiarity with travel management software would be advantageous but not essential.
