Job Title: Head of Construction Education and Curriculum

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to lead our construction education and curriculum team. As Head of Construction Education and Curriculum, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality construction training programs, managing curriculum development, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead curriculum management and support teams to deliver industry-relevant construction training
  • Implement strategies to improve the quality and effectiveness of construction education programs
  • Ensure compliance with Ofsted and other industry standards
  • Manage the delivery of apprenticeship and commercial programs
  • Build and maintain relationships with key employers and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • A construction-related background with relevant qualifications
  • In-depth knowledge of Construction Education training programs
  • Strong understanding of funding rules for apprenticeships
  • Proven track record of managing performance through people
  • Level 5 teaching qualification
  • Extensive experience in educational leadership, including multi-site operations
