We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our construction education and curriculum team.

About the Role:

This is a hands-on position that requires a strong background in construction education and a proven track record of managing performance through people.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead curriculum management and support teams
  • Implement strategies to deliver high-quality, industry-relevant construction training
  • Ensure compliance with Ofsted and other industry standards
  • Manage the delivery of apprenticeship and commercial programmes
  • Build and maintain relationships with key employers and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • A construction-related background with relevant qualifications
  • In-depth knowledge of Construction Education training programmes
  • Strong understanding of funding rules for apprenticeships
  • Proven track record of managing performance through people
  • Level 5 teaching qualification
  • Extensive experience in educational leadership, including multi-site operations
  • Proven ability to deliver curriculum efficiencies and drive high performance
  • Excellent team leadership and problem-solving skills
