Construction Manager

We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee the delivery of multiple live schemes for a well-established Volume House Builder based in Kent.
About the Role:
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Lead and manage project teams to achieve project objectives.
- Report to the Construction Director on project progress, programme, and cost control.
- Oversee the design process and attend design meetings as necessary.
- Assist the Production Department in dealing with suppliers.
- Ensure all site-related risk assessments and method statements are in place and issued.
- Manage own workload and areas of responsibility.
- Agree monthly fixing subcontractors' applications and ensure correct documentation is in place and in line with budget/order.
Requirements:
- A track record in managing multi-phase residential projects as a Project Manager or Contracts Manager.
- Experience delivering large residential schemes for large national developers.
- Valid CSCS Card, SMSTS, and First Aid at Work.
- Knowledge of NHBC and UK building regulations.
- IT literacy including MS Office and programming software.
What We Offer:
- Basic salary of between £85,000 - £95,000.
- Package including car allowance, bonus potential, 25 days annual leave, and other benefits.
