About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Automotive Training Professional to join our team at MSX International Limited.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and informative training programs for Nissan technicians, working within modern training environments using the latest technology and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver core technical training programs, including EV, to Dealer technicians
  • Design and develop learner-focused training solutions
  • Align all delivery to the Nissan brand culture and requirements
  • Utilise innovative digital technologies during the delivery of remote learning interventions
  • Support course development work as required
  • Adapt European materials for the delivery of technical and new model launch courses

Requirements:

  • Possess a Senior Technician status (or above)
  • Proven track record of achieving objectives
  • Dynamic and engaging communication style
  • Up-to-date knowledge of new and revised learning and development theories, practices, and methodologies
  • Natural desire and ability to coach and develop others
