Supporting Vulnerable Children

Academics Ltd is seeking a committed and empathetic Criminology Graduate to join our team as a Learning Support Assistant. In this rewarding role, you will work directly with pupils who require additional support due to various challenges they may be facing.

Your main responsibility will be to provide individualised support to these students, ensuring their emotional and therapeutic needs are addressed throughout the school day. This is an excellent opportunity to utilise your knowledge from your Criminology degree and make a meaningful contribution to the educational journey of our students.

To excel in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You must also be able to work effectively in a team environment and maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.

Salary Range: £26,000 - £31,000 per annum
