About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Building Regulations Designer to join our architecture studio in Oval on a full-time permanent basis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for producing high-quality technical drawing packages, working closely with internal teams to ensure success, and collaborating with clients, consultants, and contractors to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain technical drawing packages, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Provide proactive and informative responses to clients, consultants, and contractors, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution of issues.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to achieve business goals, prioritizing quality, speed, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Live the Resi values, holding others accountable to them, and promoting a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, proposing new ideas and offering technical advice to drive business growth and success.
About You

We are looking for a talented and experienced Building Regulations Designer with a strong background in Revit drafting, UK Building Regulations, and private residential architectural design. You will have a good understanding of drainage, structural engineering, and construction methodology, as well as excellent technical knowledge of architectural design and the design process. You will be able to work on multiple projects simultaneously, be client-oriented, and have a positive attitude and mindset.
