About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Building Regulations Designer to join our architecture studio in Oval on a full-time permanent basis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for producing high-quality technical drawing packages, working closely with internal teams to ensure success, and collaborating with clients, consultants, and contractors to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of UK Building Regulations and their application in residential architecture.
  • Produce accurate and detailed technical drawings and specifications for residential projects, including home extensions and renovations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient project delivery, while maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes to ensure our designs meet the highest standards.
About You

We are looking for a talented and experienced Building Regulations Designer who possesses a strong understanding of UK Building Regulations, Revit drafting skills, and a good understanding of drainage, structural engineering, and construction methodology. You should be able to work on multiple projects simultaneously, have excellent communication skills, and be able to work collaboratively as part of a team.
