Job Title: Community Support Worker Evening and Weekends

We are seeking a dedicated and caring individual to join our team of support workers in the Bideford area. As a Community Support Worker, you will be responsible for delivering personal care and assisting with domestic duties in a supportive and respectful manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver personal care to clients in their own homes
  • Assist with domestic duties, such as cleaning and laundry
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure high-quality care
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals
  • Contribute to the development of care plans and risk assessments

Does the job role include personal care?: Yes

Working Patterns:

Days and times are negotiable, but we require all care staff to work a share of weekends.

Standard shifts 7am-2pm & 4pm-10pm, but can be slightly altered for the correct candidate.

Essential Details:

Must be willing to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.

Must be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Must be able to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
