About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Strategic Communications Director to join our team in Cambridge, UK. This is an exciting opportunity to lead our communications efforts across Europe, driving business results and advancing our company's mission 'Health for all, Hunger for none'.

In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive communications strategies that align with our organisational ambitions, business objectives, and goals. You'll work closely with our agency partners, managing contracts, terms, and conditions while ensuring they have a clear understanding of our strategic approach.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing impactful campaigns and executing them through channel strategies
  • Managing marketing technology platforms, including SEO, Salesforce, and Marketo tools
  • Overseeing website management to ensure alignment with our brand and effective communication of key information to the market
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of communications initiatives using established metrics and KPIs

Requirements

  • Relevant experience in a communications role, preferably in a similar industry or sector
  • University degree-level qualification in Communications, Marketing, or a related field

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into strategy
