Senior Building Systems Manager

Sodexo is looking for a skilled Senior Engineering Supervisor to manage our engineering operations at Quilter Senator House in London.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, leading a team of engineers and ensuring the safe and efficient operation of critical building systems.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing the engineering team, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Coordinating maintenance and repair activities, including scheduled maintenance, repairs, and emergency response.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery, both within and outside standard operating hours.
- Overseeing the management of subcontractors and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 per annum, along with opportunities for professional growth and development.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of PPM, reactive maintenance, and mechanical systems.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
