Senior Building Management Systems Project Leader

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Building Management Systems Project Leader to join our team at Coders Connect. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for leading large-scale Building Management Systems (BMS) projects from initiation to handover.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in construction project management, with a proven track record of managing complex BMS projects to contractual specifications. You will ensure that all aspects of the project meet contractual, technical, and quality specifications, while maintaining profitability and adhering to strict timelines.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning & Execution: Oversee the full project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and control.
  • Contract Management: Interpret and manage contractual documents to ensure compliance with client agreements, scope, and deliverables.
  • Budget Control: Develop, monitor, and control project budgets to ensure financial targets are met.
  • Timeline Management: Plan, schedule, and coordinate project tasks to meet key milestones.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to manage expectations and resolve conflicts.
  • Team Coordination: Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and subcontractors to allocate resources effectively.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all work meets company and industry quality standards.
  • Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations on-site.

Key Requirements: We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Experience in construction project management, preferably with a focus on large-scale BMS projects.
  • Strong understanding of contract management and compliance.
  • Proficiency in project management software and budgeting tools.
  • Familiarity with BMS or HVAC systems is an advantage.
  • Project Management Certifications, such as PMP or PRINCE2, are a plus.
  • Excellent budget management and financial forecasting skills.
  • Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and communication skills.

Working Conditions: This role involves a combination of office-based work and on-site project visits, with regular travel to project sites required.

Salary: We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
