We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Senior Residential Support Worker. As a key member of our support team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our young people.

About the Role:

  • Support our young people in their daily lives, providing emotional and practical support as needed.
  • Work closely with the Registered Manager to oversee the day-to-day operation of the home and support the staff team.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our young people, their families, and other professionals involved in their care.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans, ensuring the needs of our young people are met.
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • A Level 3 qualification in Children's Residential and Childcare.
  • Previous experience in a residential childcare setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and build strong relationships with young people, families, and professionals.
  • Resilience and ability to manage challenging situations.
