We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Senior Residential Support Worker at Aspris Children's Services. As a key member of our support team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our young people.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment where you can make a real difference in the lives of our young people. As a Senior Residential Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing compassionate care, supporting our young people's daily needs, and working closely with our Registered Manager to oversee the day-to-day operation of the home.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care and support to our young people, ensuring their physical, emotional, and psychological needs are met.
  • Work closely with our Registered Manager to oversee the day-to-day operation of the home, including supervising staff and updating care plans.
  • Support our young people in their daily activities, including education, leisure, and personal development.
  • Communicate effectively with our young people, staff, and external agencies to ensure seamless care and support.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and understanding.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care.
  • Previous experience working in a residential childcare setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
