About the Role:

  • Support our young people in their daily lives, providing emotional and practical support as needed.
  • Work closely with the Registered Manager to oversee the day-to-day operation of the home and support the staff team.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our young people, their families, and other professionals involved in their care.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans, ensuring the needs of our young people are met.
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:
