Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Hire Process Specialist to join our team at Speedy Hire Plc.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the entire hire process, from taking orders to delivery and collection. This role requires strong communication skills, adaptability, and a commitment to learn and develop.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the hire process to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Liaise with depot teams to meet customer needs
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers
  • Support the business unit/team to deliver ESG Strategy - Decade to Deliver

Requirements:

  • Strong organisational skills
  • Strong communication skills both verbally & written
  • Adaptability
  • Commitment to learn and develop
  • Driving license
  • Previous experience working within the hire industry or similar sales or operational role
