At The Leaders Romans Group Limited, we are seeking a highly skilled Bank Reconciliation Manager to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the bank reconciliation processes across all client account letting functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Effective management and oversight of bank reconciliation processes.
  • Investigation and resolution of discrepancies.
  • Understanding of compliance and audit expectations.
  • Collaborative approach to acquisitions.
  • Identification of potential improvements and opportunities for departmental and procedural processes.
  • Analysis of complex transactions in critical areas of a non-finance system.
  • Workload alignment across the team and effective communication of changes and knowledge.
  • Motivation of bank rec staff with achievable SLAs.

Requirements:

  • Experience in leading bank reconciliation procedures.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Excel experience.
  • Knowledge of Client Money Protection (CMP) Scheme.
