At Leaders Romans Group, we are seeking a highly skilled Bank Reconciliation and Compliance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our financial operations department, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the bank reconciliation processes across all client account letting functions.

Key responsibilities include ensuring any discrepancies are investigated and resolved promptly, understanding compliance and audit expectations to support the wider teams, and collaborating with acquisitions to ensure integrations are concise and mitigate risks around negative balances and importing opening balances effectively.

You will also be responsible for identifying potential improvements and opportunities for department and procedural processes, analyzing complex transactions in critical areas of a non-finance system, and aligning workload across the team to ensure changes and knowledge are communicated effectively.

As a Bank Reconciliation and Compliance Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of properties, receive market-leading training and ongoing professional development, and be part of a supportive and collaborative team environment.

Key skills and qualifications include experience in leading bank reconciliation procedures, exceptional communication skills, Excel experience, and knowledge of Client Money Protection (CMP) Scheme. AAT qualified or senior finance experience, client money experience, and system knowledge are desirable.
