We are seeking a skilled Procurement Category Manager to join our team at Hargreaves Lansdown plc. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for managing the full supplier lifecycle, from selection to commercial negotiation and contracting.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain category plans aligned with business and technology strategy to create commercial value and ensure resilience.
- Lead on end-to-end sourcing activity, including market assessments, complex supplier negotiations, and contract implementation.
- Establish a robust governance framework to manage supplier relationships and deliver contract obligations.
- Experience working across the business, collaborating with senior stakeholders to build category plans.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of leading high-value, complex negotiations.
- Knowledge of regulatory landscapes in Financial Services and understanding of EBA Guidelines on Outsourcing.
- Good data analytics skills, with the ability to understand financial, economic, risk, and contractual data.
- Discretionary annual bonus and annual pay review.
