About the Role

This Senior PR Manager position plays a critical role in our arts sector team, overseeing the development and implementation of effective communications strategies that drive results. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the arts and culture sector, combined with exceptional PR and communications expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute comprehensive PR and communications plans for arts and culture clients.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of campaigns.
  3. Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, media, and partners.
  4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in PR and communications.
  5. Lead and mentor junior team members to ensure their growth and development.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior PR role within the arts or PR industry.
  2. Demonstrable track record of delivering successful PR and communications campaigns.
  3. Proven ability to lead and manage high-performing teams.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong copywriting and editing abilities.
  5. Strong understanding of social media platforms and their application in PR and communications.

Estimated Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
