Culinary Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at Aspens Services Ltd. As a leading contract catering company, we specialize in school food and are committed to delivering exceptional dining experiences for our students and staff.
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and delivering healthy, nutritious, and fun menus for our schools. This will involve working closely with our team to ensure the highest quality of food and service, as well as maintaining a safe and hygienic kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation of menus using provided recipes
- Ensuring Food Hygiene, Allergen, and Health and Safety compliance
- Production of hospitality services as per client requests
- Supervision of the team
- Building relationships with clients and customers
- Providing excellent customer service
About You
We are looking for someone who shares our passion for delivering exceptional food and service. The ideal candidate will have some knowledge of education catering, excellent craft skills, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food hygiene and safety.
What We Offer
- Fantastic hours, working Monday to Friday during school term time
- 20 hours per week, with no late nights
- £12.50 per hour
