About the Opportunity

We are looking for a skilled Learning Support Assistant to join our team at ClassRoom Support. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a crucial role in helping students with diverse learning needs to succeed in their academic and personal goals.

You will work closely with students, teachers, and other support staff to develop and implement effective strategies for student success. Your passion for supporting students with challenging behaviour and diverse learning needs, combined with your excellent communication and collaboration skills, will make you an ideal candidate for this role.

Responsibilities

  • Provide individualised support and guidance to students in various academic and social settings
  • Collaborate with teachers to modify and differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students
  • Assist in implementing individualised education plans (IEPs) and behaviour support plans
  • Communicate regularly with parents and colleagues to ensure a cohesive support system for students

Salary Range: £32,000 - £42,000 per annum
