As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of care professionals and ensuring that our residents receive the highest standard of care. You will work closely with our management team to develop and implement care plans, and will be responsible for supervising and mentoring our care staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of care professionals to deliver high-quality care to our residents
  • Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with our management team
  • Supervise and mentor our care staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent care
  • Work closely with our management team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed
