Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Materials Coordinator to join our team at Waters Corporation. As a key member of our warehouse operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely receipt, processing, and storage of materials.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the receipt and processing of all materials, including goods received from internal and external sources, using SAP and Catamaran scanning systems.
  • Implement safe and efficient storage practices, adhering to FIFO principles to maintain the integrity of materials at all times.
  • Process Goods Issues to internal and external customers, ensuring timely completion of transactions and adherence to FIFO principles using SAP.
  • Maintain accurate picking and put-away records to support Cycle Counting and stock audits.
  • Contribute to the ongoing improvement of warehouse systems and processes.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse environment is highly desirable.
  • Forklift truck license (FLT) is essential; we will provide refresher training if necessary.
  • Basic IT skills, including proficiency in SAP.
