Salary Package: Up to £95,000 per annum, depending on experience

Job Description:

We are seeking a relationship manager professional to join our underwriting team at IDEX Consulting Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, brokers, and other stakeholders.
  • Work closely with the underwriting team to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
  • Identify and address areas for improvement, implement corrective measures, and contribute to strategic planning.
  • Support the development of junior team members and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Provide market insights and feedback to enhance the company's product and service offerings.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in relationship management or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
  • Effective negotiation and problem-solving skills, with a focus on driving business growth.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the UK insurance market and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficient in data analysis and report generation.
