HVAC Design Engineer Job Description

AERIUS Marine is seeking a skilled HVAC Design Engineer to join our team in Glasgow. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating and modifying HVAC routed systems and Bills of Material within an integrated 3D model.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop HVAC systems for maritime applications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of HVAC systems
  • Generate clear and concise 2D outputs from 3D models
  • Work with HVAC system owners to understand their requirements and develop solutions
  • Read and interpret complex schematic diagrams
Requirements:
  • Experience in detail design and creation of outputs
  • Ability to work with part catalogues for equipment selection
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Desirable skills include knowledge of naval/commercial shipbuilding and Bill of Materials experience
