Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Cancer Care Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the implementation of Personalised Stratified Follow Up (PSFU) for patients with Breast, Colorectal, and Prostate cancer.
Main Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of PSFU protocols, working closely with the Personalised Cancer care Team (PCC) to ensure seamless patient care. They will also be responsible for managing the Remote Monitoring System (RMS) and ensuring that patients receive timely and effective support.
Key Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of national and local healthcare developments and their impact on cancer care. They will also have excellent presentation skills and the ability to influence a range of stakeholders. Experience working with the Personalised Care Agenda and project management skills are highly desirable.
