You will be responsible for supporting Digital Sales teams in qualifying customer needs through discovery and participating in the acquisition and retention of customers. Additionally, you will provide mentoring and training to peers, colleagues, and partners, and demonstrate the product to prospects and existing customers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with Digital Sales teams to identify customer requirements and provide solutions to address their business issues
- Utilizing world-class technical pre-sales solution consulting techniques to acquire and retain customers
- Mentoring and training peers, colleagues, and partners on ServiceNow products and features
- Creating product demo scripts and scenarios and maintaining demonstration environments for demonstrating the product to prospects and existing customers
- Delivering Proof of Concept/Proof of Value engagements with prospects and responding to Request for Information/Proposal documents
- Staying current on product developments/releases and competing analyses
We seek a highly skilled individual with 2-3 years of experience in pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering in the SaaS domain. Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or technical expertise with complex cloud software solutions is necessary.
The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $105,000 per year, based on location and experience.
Responsibilities:**
