This Clinical Administration position offers an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team at University Hospitals of North Midlands NHS Trust. As a key member of our administrative support structure, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of planned care services.
Main Responsibilities- Undertake clerical duties, providing routine information requiring tact or persuasive skills.
- Book outpatient appointments via telephone, adhering to trust targets and policies.
- Set up ad-hoc outpatient clinics as required, ensuring accurate and efficient patient management.
- Ensure strict confidentiality in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
- Demonstrate expertise in Trust systems, including E-Referral (RAS), Careflow, Patient Administration System Somerset, and iPortal.
- Log new referrals accurately and efficiently on Careflow, meeting access policy timescales.
