Food and Beverage Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at Wycombe Heights Golf Centre in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our food and beverage team, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and motivate the food and beverage team to deliver excellent customer service and high-quality food and beverage offerings.
- Assist the Food and Beverage Manager in implementing operational improvements and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers' needs and preferences to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
- Monitor and control inventory levels, manage stock, and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure all food and beverage orders are processed efficiently and accurately, and that customer feedback is acted upon promptly.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a busy multi-function operation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions.
- Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and evenings, and to adapt to changing circumstances.
- Alcohol license training and up-to-date food safety certificates are advantageous but not essential.
