Job Title: Food and Beverage Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to join our team at Valor Hospitality Europe. As a Food and Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for the daily management of our food and beverage outlets, ensuring that the highest standards of service are provided to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, organize, and direct the overall Food and Beverage operation, administration, marketing, and promotion of the outlet.
  • Ensure that food and beverage costs, productivity, labor costs, and operating supply costs for the outlet are in line with budget.
  • Prepare and submit monthly forecasts for restaurant, bar, and room service.
  • Ensure constant liaison with the Head Chef, Conference & Events Manager, and Operations Manager.
  • Manage and motivate a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Monitor and control food and beverage costs, inventory, and waste.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, sales, and profitability.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote the outlet.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and suppliers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, with a flexible approach to working hours.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and cost control.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards.
