About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Mental Health Specialist to join our team at SeeAbility. As a Complex Mental Health Support Worker, you will play a key role in providing high-quality support to individuals with complex mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver direct and practical support to individuals with complex mental health needs, including personal care, daily activities, and medication administration.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with individuals, their families, and other stakeholders to ensure a person-centered approach.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized support plans, ensuring that the needs of individuals are met.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a seamless and effective service delivery.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in supporting individuals with complex mental health needs.
Requirements
  • Experience in supporting individuals with complex mental health needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Valid UK driving license (desirable).
