About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Mental Health Worker to join our team at SeeAbility. As a Complex Mental Health Worker, you will play a key role in providing support to individuals with complex mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver direct and practical support to individuals with complex mental health needs
  • Assist with daily activities such as personal care, laundry, meal preparation, and medication administration
  • Develop and implement personalized support plans to promote independence and well-being
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure high-quality care and support
  • Contribute to team meetings and forums to share knowledge and best practices
Requirements
  • Experience working with individuals with complex mental health needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Full UK driving license (desirable)
