We are seeking an experienced After Sales Manager to join our team at Nicholas Clarke Associates Limited. As a well-established recruitment partner, we are proud to work with a range of businesses across various industries.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service and support to dealers across the UK and internationally.
- Work closely with dealers to understand their spare parts and service requirements, identifying opportunities for revenue growth.
- Sell additional services to dealers, leveraging the company's ERP system and 3D parts portal.
- Lead a team of 6 experienced staff members, fostering a culture of excellence and customer focus.
- Build strong relationships with dealers, understanding their challenges and providing technical support and product guidance.
- Collaborate with internal departments, including warehousing, quality, engineering, and sales, to drive business growth.
- Proven experience in the automotive or engineering industry, with a background in after sales, sales management, or customer support/service management.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to build rapport with various stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Basic mechanical engineering knowledge is desirable.
