  • Provide high-level administrative support to our Asset Management team.
  • Manage diaries, meetings, and conference calls with multiple stakeholders.
  • Organise complex travel arrangements and itineraries.
  • Collate expenses and company reports.
  • Process invoices and vendor agreements.
  • Perform ad hoc administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years' experience in an EA role within Finance.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Proactive and efficient with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Adaptable and a supportive team player.
  • Proficient in MS Office packages.
