Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Professional to join our team at RMS Recruitment Limited.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to our Asset Management team.
- Manage diaries, meetings, and conference calls with multiple stakeholders.
- Organise complex travel arrangements and itineraries.
- Collate expenses and company reports.
- Process invoices and vendor agreements.
- Perform ad hoc administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
- 3+ years' experience in an EA role within Finance.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Proactive and efficient with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Adaptable and a supportive team player.
- Proficient in MS Office packages.
About the Role: This is a temporary opportunity to support a fast-paced and high-performing team on a temporary basis. The ideal candidate will be warm, professional, and have proven experience within Finance.
