A highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant is required to provide administrative support to a Partner, Director, and Associate at Oriel Partners Limited in Marylebone. Key Responsibilities:
- Acting as the main point of contact for the Partner, Director, and Associate, providing administrative support and managing their diaries
- Managing back-to-back and ever-changing diaries, as well as inbox management for the Partner
- Booking weekly international and national travel, managing and processing expenses via Concur, and maintaining and updating the CRM database
- Providing ad-hoc personal errands and supporting the team in a professional and efficient manner
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant in private equity or investment management
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
- Professional and immaculately presented, with excellent communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office software and meticulous attention to detail
- Natural gravitas, with a can-do attitude and a team player

- Contracted hours are 9am-5:30pm Monday to Friday, with flexibility to work out of hours when needed
