The successful candidate will be well-versed in working under pressure and in a fast-paced environment, with excellent knowledge of MS Office software and meticulous attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acting as the main point of contact for the Partner, Director, and Associate, providing administrative support and managing their diaries
  • Managing back-to-back and ever-changing diaries, as well as inbox management for the Partner
  • Booking weekly international and national travel, managing and processing expenses via Concur, and maintaining and updating the CRM database
  • Providing ad-hoc personal errands and supporting the team in a professional and efficient manner

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant in private equity or investment management
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
  • Professional and immaculately presented, with excellent communication skills
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office software and meticulous attention to detail
  • Natural gravitas, with a can-do attitude and a team player
