Claims and Complaints Manager

Aston Charles is seeking an experienced Liability Claims Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our claims team, you will be responsible for managing a team of Liability Claims Handlers, each dealing with a varied caseload including predominantly Public and Employers' Liability losses.
Your managerial duties will include training, development and coaching, allocating workloads, acting as an escalation point for complaints, and file/audit checking to ensure compliance. In addition, you will be handling your own caseload of higher value and complex claims.
We are looking for an expert in Liability claims with solid managerial skills, and the ability to help create a friendly and supportive environment where a fully remote-based team enjoys working towards shared goals and objectives.
