About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Sales Director to lead our dynamic sales team at Morson Talent. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing a large sales team, managing a total headcount of 40, and driving both cold and warm lead initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 40 inside sales professionals.
  • Oversee both cold and warm lead generation and conversion strategies.
  • Develop and implement sales plans to exceed revenue targets.
  • Analyse performance metrics and optimise team efficiency.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align sales strategies.
  • Ensure consistent achievement of sales targets, KPIs, and growth objectives.
  • Foster a results-oriented culture that encourages continuous improvement and excellence.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role, ideally within a SaaS environment.
  • Demonstrated success in managing large sales teams and exceeding targets.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve excellence.
  • Data-driven mindset with a focus on metrics and performance improvement.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
