We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director to join our dynamic team at TechForge Media. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading a small but growing team of sales professionals and driving sales strategy to achieve business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet business targets
  • Train and mentor sales team members to enhance their skills and performance
  • Work closely with the portfolio director to set sales targets and ensure their achievement
  • Drive sales across a portfolio of publishing titles
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to deliver on their objectives
  • Match client requirements with service packages
  • Maintain existing business through client management and repeat business

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3-5+ years' prior experience in a sales leadership role
  • Training and mentoring experience
  • Strong communication and reporting skills
  • Proven knowledge and execution of successful development and growth strategies
  • Focused and goal-oriented
