About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Affiliate Marketing Assistant to join our Ecommerce team at Footasylum. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the rollout of Affiliate Marketing campaigns for our DTC websites and Footasylum.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Ecommerce and Trading teams to deliver excellence across our affiliate marketing campaigns.
  • Work closely with the Affiliate Marketing Manager to plan, maintain, and communicate the affiliate marketing calendar.
  • Liaise with multiple teams to approve suitable products for featured marketing communications and ensure alignment with the wider marketing calendar.
  • Manage existing affiliate partnerships and develop new opportunities for increased brand exposure.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and identify opportunities for paid placement, commission increases, and exclusive offers.
  • Deliver weekly and monthly reporting to provide insights on partner and promotional performance.

About You:

  • Experience in a similar role or a sound working knowledge of affiliate marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and basic knowledge of CRM, PPC, and other digital marketing channels.
