Mathematics Lecturer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mathematics Lecturer to join our team at City of Portsmouth College. As a Mathematics Lecturer, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences to our students.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver Mathematics qualifications to 16-19 year old learners, working closely with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
- Conduct demonstrations and hands-on training to enhance students' practical skills, promoting a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Provide constructive feedback and support to students, helping them to improve their skills and achieve their full potential.
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and adhere to data protection regulations, upholding the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.
- Foster a positive and inclusive environment that promotes diversity, equality, and respect, ensuring that all students feel valued and supported.
- Previous experience in a similar role or a lengthy background in Mathematics.
- Mathematics qualifications are a must.
- Level 5 Certificate in Education or equivalent, or be willing to work towards.
