**About the role**:
We are currently looking for a Lecturer, to teach brickwork at the City of Portsmouth College, at our North-Harbour Campus. A Lecturer play the largest part in a student's experience in education. **Key Responsibilities**:

- To teach the college programme to students daily and provide high quality learning opportunities to them
- To provide flexible assessment opportunities and closely plan, monitor, track and record student retention, achievement, and success
- To contribute to the development and delivery of high quality, relevant curriculum, and pro-grammes. Curriculum Development responsibilities include actively contributing to the development of new programmes and producing annual schemes of work
- Plan and deliver effective learning programmes for diverse groups or individuals in a safe and inclusive environment
- Identify and address Mathematics and English needs of learners and work creatively to over-come individual barriers to learning
- Ensure compliance with Quality standards set by the College and/or Awarding Bodies
